1. Applicability of Policy
By choosing to shop at FunkVibes or initiating a request for refund/exchange/replacement, you agree to be bound by the terms listed in this policy without modification.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on funkvibes.com.
NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE on products purchase in any SALE, FunkVibes reserves the right to update or amend this policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
Your continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
Pre-Order Policy
At FunkVibes, every pre-order article is produced with special attention to detailing, fabric treatment, washes, prints, embroidery, and finishing processes. Since these pieces are manufactured in limited batches specifically against confirmed orders, we follow a strict pre-order policy to maintain fairness and quality standards for all customers.
Return & Refund Policy for Pre-Orders
Once a pre-order article has been successfully delivered, it will not be eligible for return or refund under normal circumstances.
However, customers will remain eligible for:

Replacement in case of a damaged or defective product
Size Exchange Conditions
If the requested exchange size is available in stock, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
In situations where the requested size is unavailable, the original article may be accepted back and the amount will be issued only in the form of Store Credit. Monetary refunds to the original payment method will not be applicable for pre-order articles.
Important Notes

Store Credit can be used on any future purchase at FunkVibes.

Minor variations in wash, print placement, distressing, embroidery, or color tone are natural due to the custom production process and will not be considered defects.

Exchange/claim requests must be raised within the specified timeline of 48hrs after delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to qualify for any exchange or damage claim.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above policy terms.
Snap-mint Payment & Return Policy

Any order placed using the Snapmint payment/EMI option cannot be cancelled once the order is processed. Cancellation requests will only be considered within a 6-hour window after placing the order.

In case of any return or exchange request, a minimal fee of ₹149/- will be charged towards shipping, handling, and service costs.

For returned orders, the customer will receive the eligible refund amount as Store Credit only, after deduction of the ₹149/- service fee.

If a customer uses Snapmint as an EMI/payment option and later returns the product, the remaining eligible amount (after deducting ₹149/-) will be provided as Store Credit only.

Customers are still responsible for clearing their Snapmint EMIs directly with Snapmint, even if the product is returned.

We shall not be responsible for any impact on the customer’s CIBIL score or any penalties/charges from Snapmint, as the refund/store credit process from our side will already have been initiated as per policy.

By placing an order using Snapmint, the customer agrees to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
2. Refund, Exchange & Replacement Eligibility
We offer No refunds, exchanges, or replacements under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

ANY ORDER PLACED USING GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER IS ELIGIBLE TO EXCHANGE WITH A FIXED FEE OF 199/- WHICH WILL BE PREPAID, THEN ONLY EXCHANGE CAN BE PROCEED.
AND WON’T BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
You can raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.
This is applicable only in cases of:

Incorrect size received

Product damaged during shipping
-
Manufacturing defects
-
Wrong product delivered
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours.
Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your area (based on pincode).
3. Conditions for Refund/Exchange Acceptance
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The product must reach our warehouse before the refund/exchange process begins.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The product should match the size, quality, and condition originally sent by FunkVibes.
If any tag, label, or packaging is missing — or the product appears used, worn, or altered — the item will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
A ₹149 processing charge will be applicable for all exchange requests.
Once the product passes the Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.
4. Refund Deductions
For all approved refunds, a ₹149 deduction will be applied by FunkVibes to cover logistics, handling, and processing costs.
The remaining amount will be credited to you as store credit/ voucher/coupon,
Monetary refunds to the original payment method will not be applicable.
5. What if the Size/Product is Unavailable?
If your requested size or product is not available, you will receive a store credit (gift card) of the same value, valid for 6 months.
This credit can be used on our website or at any of our offline events/pop-ups.
6. Color, Print & Finishing Issues
We offer a 2-day post-delivery review period for issues such as:

Color bleeding
-
Print cracks
-
Stitching or finishing defects
If reported within 2 days, we will arrange a pickup and process a replacement or refund.
Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed it can be cancelled in concern issue only in 6hrs window of placing your order.

Exchanged product issued only after successful QC approval at our warehouse.
-
Refunds will be credited store credit.
-
Shipping and handling charges (₹149) are non-refundable.
