All items purchased from our store are shipped pan India and typically Shipped within 3 -5 business days from the date of order placement.

We proudly ship worldwide. All international orders are dispatched from India using trusted courier partners. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

• International orders usually take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes

• Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges (International)

• We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
• In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with clear images/videos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or unavailability of the recipient, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Re-shipping (if requested) will be chargeable.

Out of Stock / Order Issues

In rare cases, due to inventory or technical issues, if an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to:

• Replace it with a similar or higher-value product, or
• Issue a store credit or refund, as per mutual agreement.

Order Cancellation

• International orders cannot be cancelled once placed, it can be modified within 24hrs. 
• Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.
